SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Pizza Hub Bansko is looking for an ambitious, energetic and responsible person to join our team as a Shift Supervisor.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized and motivated to grow with us. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, pays attention to details and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily shift and supporting the team
- Managing the cash register and customer payments
- Receiving and organizing deliveries
- Restocking ingredients, drinks and supplies
- Preparing and cutting ingredients and food preparations
- Assisting the pizza team during service
- Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organized
- Washing dishes and cleaning equipment when necessary
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Checking stock levels and reporting shortages
- Making sure everything is prepared and ready for service
- Supporting the team wherever needed
We are looking for someone who:
- Is ambitious, reliable and hardworking
- Takes initiative and can work independently
- Is organized and responsible
- Has a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Can work well in a fast-paced environment
- Has previous restaurant or hospitality experience — an advantage
- Speaks English — an advantage
