✓ Assist customers via email, phone, and live chat. ✓ Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

What We're Looking For
✓ Fluency in German, Spanish or French. 

✓ Very good spoken and written English.

✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✓ A positive, customer-first attitude and a willingness to learn.

✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

✓ Basic computer skills and confidence using digital tools.

✓ No previous experience is required – full training will be provided.
