Customer Support Support customers via phone, email or chat, answer product and service-related questions, resolve requests and provide an outstanding customer experience.    

Back Office & Email Support Handle customer requests, process documentation and internal cases, maintain records and communicate primarily via email. Selected projects are non-voice with no phone support.    

Content Review & Digital Operations Review online content, ensure compliance with internal guidelines and contribute to creating a safer digital environment.  

Business Support & Client Services Assist international business clients, coordinate requests, support daily operations and deliver high-quality service.    

Working models

✔ Office-based positions in Sofia

✔ Hybrid opportunities For selected German, French and Dutch projects:
· Hybrid model with only 1 week per month in the Sofia office and 3 weeks working Remotely

✔ Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria opportunities for selected roles    

Working hours    
Different projects offer different schedules:

✔ Standard Monday-Friday business hours

✔ Day shifts

✔ Flexible rotational shifts     

What you'll need:    

· C1 proficiency in one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Danish, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Slovak, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian or Russian;

· English level B2 or higher; · Excellent communication skills; · Customer-oriented mindset;

· Good attention to detail;

· Ability to work independently and as part of an international team;

· Previous experience is an advantage, but several projects are open to candidates WITHOUT prior experience.
