B.A.B. Consult is currently looking for FRENCH, GERMAN or SPANISH-speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join the customer support team of a leading international company.

What you'll be doing:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll support customers of a globally recognized brand through phone, email, and chat.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related inquiries
• Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions

No sales. No cold calling.

We're looking for

• French (B2–C1)
• English (B2+) – used for most internal communication
• Around 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Contact Center or another customer-facing role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to start as soon as possible

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday–Sunday rotation
• Two rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00
• Two consecutive days off every week
