What you'll do:

• Communicate with customers and business partners via phone, email, and chat;
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience;
• Support clients with inquiries, requests, and account-related matters;
• Work with internal systems and maintain accurate records;
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

What we're looking for:

✔ Fluency in one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Nordics or other European languages;
✔ Good command of English;
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to lear
✔ Previous experience is an advantage, but not required for all projects.
