What you will do

• Communicate with business owners, managers, and decision-makers across Bulgaria

• Introduce Arka Hire's recruitment solutions and workforce services

• Identify client needs and recommend suitable recruitment solutions

• Build long-term professional relationships based on trust and credibility

• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain ongoing communication

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives

• Maintain accurate records and organised communication
