Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and live chat
Processing payments and refunds
Managing customer accounts and order history
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Providing product recommendations and assistance
Making outbound calls to follow up on orders, address customer concerns, and promote new products
Maintaining accurate customer records and data
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
What we offer:
Starting Salary 1600 net with a guaranteed increase after 6 months
Fully Remote position
Schedule: 16:00 - 01:00 (Monday - Friday)
