Social Media Reviewer with German, Dutch, Turkish or Arabic

What will you do?

Your Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate online content based on clear guidelines;
• Help keep digital platforms safe and user-friendly;
• Handle requests related to user accounts and payments;
• Follow up with users through outbound calls when needed;
• Analyze information and make decisions according to established policies;
• Report and escalate issues when required;
• Work with internal tools and follow simple processes.

Depending on the project needs, you may be involved in areas such as:

1. Social media content review
2. Gaming content moderation
3. AI-related content evaluation projects

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in German, Dutch, Arabic or Turkish (C1/native level);
• Good command of English (B2 level) for training and internal communication;
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking;
• Ability to make decisions based on guidelines and policies;
• Previous experience in customer support, content moderation, technical support, or similar roles is an advantage.

· Monday to Sunday: 07 AM – 22:00 PM
