✔ Provide technical and administrative assistance (products, contracts, billing, system inquiries)
✔ Analyze customer issues and deliver effective solutions
✔ Advise customers on products and services while identifying sales opportunities
✔ Process account and system changes
✔ Escalate technical issues or complex cases to the relevant departments 🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔ German language skills at C1 level or higher
✔ Customer-focused mindset and strong service orientation
✔ Excellent communication skills and sales confidence
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Good knowledge of MS Office
