Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!
We’re looking for motivated, service-oriented Customer Service Representatives to become part of a dynamic team supporting a leading telecommunications client.
In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring each interaction results in a positive customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for billing inquiries, installation, and activation processes

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email/ticketing systems

Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date

Collaborate with team leads and peers to troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality service delivery

Fluent English skills – both written and spoken

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

A positive attitude with a proactive, solution-focused approach

Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and perform under pressure

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Fully paid training:

2 weeks of product training + 1 week of transition coaching

Working hours:

8-hour shifts between 10:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday

Hybrid work model after 3 months:

2 days remote, 3 days in-office

Compensation:

1,800 BGN gross for the first 2 months

From month 3: 2,000 BGN gross + up to 200 BGN monthly performance bonus
