Position Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Leveraging your skills in research, communication, and persuasion, you will engage with prospects, uncover their needs, and nurture relationships to create valuable sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target demographics.
• Reach out to prospects via phone calls, to initiate contact and generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
• Gather and document relevant information about leads to facilitate smooth handover to the sales team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up on prospects in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads and optimize conversion rates.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
