What you'll do as Sport Support Associate?
- Handling customer request regarding wide range of sports products via phone and chat
- Providing accurate information and maintain detailed case notes
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
- Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets
If you:
- Have strong B2 level оf Portuguese and English
- Are customer service-oriented
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have strong typing and PC skills
- Are analytical and problem-solving oriented
