             Client Advisor with ONLY German (remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls;
• Answering inquiries regarding online orders, payments and sub-customer account settings;
• Answering customer queries via phone, chat and email.

Position Requirements:

• Fluency in German at a minimum of B2 level;
