Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to our fintech products.
- Stay informed about our fintech solutions to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Capture customer feedback to contribute to ongoing product improvement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with fintech products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries.
