Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Content Moderators who are fluent in Czech to join our team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our online platforms remain free from harmful, inappropriate, and offensive content. You will work alongside a diverse and passionate team to maintain a positive and welcoming digital space for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with our guidelines and policies.
• Identify and remove content that violates community standards.
• Evaluate reported content and make fair and consistent decisions regarding its removal or approval.
• Monitor online discussions and interact with users to provide guidance when necessary.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to continually improve content guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Czech both written and spoken.
• Working level of English.
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of online communities and digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently and follow moderation guidelines.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
