For our customer - a quickly-evolving international company, we are looking for an Account Opening Officer
Responsibilities:
- Processing applications for the opening of new client’s accounts into the Company’s software.
- Actively using third-party verification systems or others for the verification of clients according to Company’s procedure.
- Ensuring that all necessary documentation and details are collected and updated in the company’s software.
- Responding to emails received from clients regarding queries on the account opening process.
- Following the company’s Account Opening / KYC procedure for all potential and existing clients.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
- Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to clients’ accounts.
Working hours: 17:00-02:00 / 00:00-09:00 shift rotation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Back Office Administrator (Account opening) / KYC within a regulated environment will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and all other Microsoft office tools - Computer proficiency is a must.
- Detail-oriented and focused.
- Adaptable with a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork.
- A willingness to learn.
- Additional Languages will be considered as an advantage.
