     Responsibilities: 

• Help our users with any issues they might have via tickets ot calls
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the clients’ requests
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

     Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish language for daily communication with customers
• Good command of English (B1 or similar) 
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS
• Desire to help customers as best as possible
