are on looking for positive and motivated individuals for the role of Technical Support Specialist Level 1 with Dutch, Polish, German, French and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Identifying computer troubles via phone call;
* Remotely helping customers to solve their software problems;
* Remotely helping customers to solve their hardware problems;
* Sending orders to provide customers with professional brand services (for hardware problems).
* Great Dutch, Polish, German, French and English skills;
* Open-minded, friendly, positive attitude;
* Self-motivated and goal oriented;
* Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel);
* Previous experience on a similar role and/or in technical support is an advantage;
* Computing technology skills are an advantage.
