Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:
- Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level;
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures;
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues;
- Participates in design of call/email monitoring formats and quality standards;
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
