Handling customers’ accounts, solving account problems and providing information via emails, telephone and on-line chat;
Proactive communication with customers to increase customer retention and value.
Responsible for confidential processing of customers and company information.
Excellent Italian or French.
English language at working level.
Previous working experience as a Customer service.
Excellent communication skills, flexible and reliable.
Any other language is an advantage
Good computer skills
Experience in a similar position preferably at a FX/Binary company or Online Gambling Industry.
