Our office in Sofia is based near the city center and employs more than 800 people, supporting 32 languages all around the world. For one of our campaigns, we are looking for passionate and customer oriented French & Arabic speaking customer service representative.
- Servicing customers from the Arabic speaking countries and France who are using the products of our clients.
- Understanding customer’s
needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line
with the key performance indicators in French.
- Taking control of
situations and thinking on your feet to make smart decisions in order to
resolve up to 40 customer telephone contacts a day.
