Your main tasks and activities as a Technical
support will be:
phone support to end-user phone and classifying incidents and requests;
standard IT problems and report to the next higher level if required;
tech-desk documentation and update requests;
hardware assets and documents software purchases and test and installation of
new or revised hardware and software versions;
for user support and administration (mailboxes; software distribution; user
accounts; lock/reset Password).
experience in user support;
English command – minimum B2;
and MS-Office skills;
analytical skills to effectively resolve or escalate customer's problems.
a team-player with openness for business travels for trainings.
