Our office in Sofia is based in the city center and employs more than 800 people, supporting 32 languages all around the world. For one of our campaigns, we are looking for positive and enthusiastic Client relations expert with German.
As a Client relations expert with German you will provide service when responding to calls from end customers of a British travel company. This company operates in the hospitality business and is selling heavily discounted luxury hotel stays and trips. Your ability to recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements, will support your achievement in meeting your goals and earning incentives!
- Be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries received by phone, e-mail and chat;
- provide friendly and efficient customer service support in German;
- advice and inform customers regarding clients' products and services;
- present to customers products, available offers and services according their profile;
- maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.
- Has excellent command of spoken and written German language - level B2/C1;
- has good command of English language (at least level B1);
- experience in a customer facing role or in the hospitality business is beneficial;
- can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
- has proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping;
- has good computer literacy.
