We are currently looking for the best STAR candidate for one of our biggest and fast-developing clients in the online gaming area. You would be doing:
• Provide online troubleshooting by chat, phone calls & Emails;
• Resolve customer queries while keeping both the company and customer’s best interest in mind;
• Maintain an excellent customer satisfaction level for both chat & Email;
• Perform proactive phone calls to customers according to predefined segments;
• Report relevant departments regarding site issues, in accurate content and trouble shooting;
• Report in a timely manner VIP and regular customer escalations.
You would have/be:
• Experience in Customer Support OR Sales – a must;
• Portuguese and English - excellent level of speaking and writing;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic environment;
• Previous experience in the Gaming industry or Forex – an advantage;
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule (8:00-16:00, 12:00-20:00; 16:00-24:00h), including weekends and holidays.
