In this role
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing
excellent customer service via chat and email mainly and phone;
- Provide online assistance for products, websites,
- Positively support all changes and innovations that
improves the customer experience;
- Should be adaptable and flexible to ensure that
customer expectations are always maintained.

looking for is a person, who is:
- Fluent Spanish or German speaking;
- Excellent verbal and written communication,
- A positive and bright disposition.
