Main Duties will include:
Supporting our Bulgarian and Russian customer service lines;
Answering emails and working with the client’s documentation;
Managing sales and marketing communications with Bulgarian customers;
Engaging customers to use our service, promote existing and new products;
Contacting customers to help them in the money transfer process;
Working closely with our BG marketing team to grow an effective social
media sales channels;
The ideal candidate’s skills and
At least 2 years of experience in an engaging customer service role,
client support, or call centre;
Good command of computer skills;
Good knowledge of social media and ability to interact with clients on
Pro-active, positive approach, and can-do attitude;
Excellent communication skills, with a polite and innovative approach to
Ability to attract and inspire clients;
Ability to work in a busy environment;
Fluency in Bulgarian and Russian languages.

This role is hourly
paid and on a Self-Employed contract basis.
