create a useful product for those who want to manage finances in a smart

your excellent expertise and people skills, we can create a place where
every customer can feel special.
Our lines are open 9 a.m.- 12 а.m. Mon-Sun.
Your typical day:
What you need to have is:
customers’ non-voice requests via chat and email, helping and guiding
them through the app and providing them with the best user experience
- Be our customers’ voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
- Collaborating with various teams and having direct impact on improving the product
- Representing the brand and building a trustful relationship with the customers
- Fluency in Italian and advanced level of English
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Work experience in a customer service environment is an advantage
- Experience with customer's claims, regulatory and government requests is an advantage
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)
- Be organized, have problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player with a great attitude
- High school education
