We are looking for a Telesales Representative with a NATIVE level of GERMAN and Fluent English to cover markets in Europe. The job is fulfilled by B2B telemarketing, lead generation, telesales.
PLEASE NOTE: THE JOB IS SUITABLE FOR PROFESSIONALS WITH EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE IN TELESALES/LEAD GENERATION IN IT SPHERE.
- Responsible for proactive sales B2B outbound calls
- Following up on leads, generating and tracking sales opportunities
- DataBase nurturing
- Supporting cold calls in collaboration with the telemarketing and telesales teams
- Monitoring the Opportunity Sales Cycle
- Consistent telephone and e-mail communication with leads
- Capable to deliver a clear product/service message via phone and presenting the benefits and advantages of the company’s solutions.
- Meeting KPI targets – annual, monthly, weekly.
• NATIVE GERMAN LANGUAGE LEVEL both spoken and written
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge and previous working, ideally 1+ years, experience in German spoken countries
• Experience within a call centre or related business environment is an advantage
• CRM Platform knowledge
