Non-voice Content Moderator with German

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join our client’s team as a Content Moderator. If you come from a BPO environment, enjoy working with digital content, and care about creating safe, high-quality online experiences, this opportunity is for you!

Your Role:

• Perform ongoing moderation of publisher homepage content across text, visuals, video, and audio
• Use internal tools to track, document, and report issues accurately
• Follow established workflows and issue-management processes
• Help protect users by identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful content before it reaches the platform

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German and English
• Strong knowledge of global pop culture and current digital trends
• Comfort working with technical processes, internal tools, and new systems
• Solid metadata literacy and an understanding of backend content organization
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and consistency
