Our client is a leading provider of IT and BPO solutions and services, which cover the complete range of their clients' needs. For one of their partners – an online betting start-up company, providing both sports and casino services in all verticals, they are currently looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented and positive English speaker to join their rapidly expanding Customer Service team in Sofia.
In this role you will:
Serve as a Single Point of Contact for End Client users;
Provide excellent customer service via live chat, email, and phone;
Deal with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and bet-themed questions;
Build long-term relationships through open and interactive communication.
The ideal candidate possesses:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese or Spanish;
Good level of English;
Passion for betting, sports and gaming;
Knowledge or experience of online gambling industry is a MUST;
Proactive and dynamic personality, with good attitude towards the clients;
Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude.
