Now we are looking for Personal and Office Assistant .
Your daily responsibilities: ·
- Liaising with colleagues, different departments within the company, business partners, external organizations and authorities ·
- Business travel administration
- Translation of business documents
- Filing and data capture
- Daily administrative tasks and mail administration
- Invoice tracking when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good knowledge with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize daily tasks, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Good communication skills and proactive approach
