Project Coordinator

Grove Global Consult is a leading consulting and recruitment agency providing strategic services in the private business sector worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client’s team in the security and protection industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage projects related to safety and security systems (e.g., fire alarms, video surveillance, anti-burglary systems)
Collaborate with sales representatives to design complete, functional, and optimal solutions for security systems
Define project pricing and prepare investment estimates
Work closely with partners (electricians, system integrators, low current designers) to ensure seamless project implementation
Monitor project progress, identify critical points, and report accordingly
Assist in commissioning and training partners when needed
Manage project documentation and maintain clear communication with colleagues and partners, both locally and internationally
Requirements:

Vocational education in a technical field
Knowledge of technical security systems (fire alarms, video surveillance, anti-burglary systems)
Previous experience in project coordination within the security industry at least 2+ years
Ability to organize, coordinate, and communicate effectively with team members and clients
High level of responsibility, independence, proactivity, and flexibility
Knowledge of AutoCAD tools is desirable but not mandatory
Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel for business
Strong interest in new technologies and continuous learning
