Client Success Lead

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and value
- Analyze client performance and translate data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through consultative conversations
- Lead regular client reviews and success planning sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and results
- Analytical thinking and confidence working with data
- Interest in technology and digital solutions
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
