SALES MANAGER - SALES ENGINEER
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to take on the role of Sales Manager and lead our sales efforts in Bulgaria. This position is of utmost importance in driving the growth and success of our firefighting, water treatment, and pumping systems by managing client relationships and expanding our market reach within the industry and B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise sales activities across Bulgaria, ensuring all sales targets and goals are met.
- Drive professional acquisition of new customers within the industry.
- Develop and maintain self-motivation, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach in all sales endeavors.
- Continuously develop existing customer relationships to expand sales opportunities.
- Strategize for steady growth in market share and develop profitability.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A degree or professional education in a technical and/or economic field.
- A valid driving license is mandatory
- Proven strategic planning capabilities to successfully achieve set targets.
- High knowledge of English language and computer literacy are essential.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and assertive communication skills to drive solutions efficiently.
- Knowledge of Greek language could be preferable.
