BACK-OFFICE SALES SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE
In this role, you will support the sales and finance teams to ensure efficient back-office operations and deliver high-quality service to stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include:

BACK-OFFICE SALES SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE
In this role, you will support the sales and finance teams to ensure efficient back-office operations and deliver high-quality service to stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing sales orders accurately and on time
- Preparing and maintaining sales reports
- Supporting the sales team in daily activities
- Handling customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience in Back Office Operations, Customer Support, Sales Support, or similar roles;
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's ) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Knowledge of SAP or Odoo will be considered an advantage, but it's not mandatory;
- Fluent in German (B2-C1 level) and a solid working level of English (B2 or higher);
