A technology provider with 20 years of experience in the development and maintenance of innovative IPTV solutions. We are currently supporting them in recruiting a responsible person who will take the role of:
Key Account Manager
Required skills, experience, and knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, or other client-facing roles in IT;
- Excellent user of the Microsoft Office package; - Some previous experience in customer support or 1st line technical support roles will be a good advantage; - University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in an IT-related specialty or an economics-related specialty with emphasis on IT;
- Strong verbal and written skills in English and Bulgarian languages;
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills;
