PROJECT MANAGER (ENTRY LEVEL civil engineering)

We are currently looking for a motivated and well-organized professional for the position of Project manager (entry level), who will support the management and coordination of our investment projects. What will be expected from you?
- Support the coordination of processes related to current and upcoming investment projects;
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and timelines;
- Work with specialized construction project management software – Autodesk Construction Cloud (prior experience with the platform is not required);
- Maintain effective communication between designers, construction supervision, consultants, and key partners under the guidance of a senior team member;
- Ensure ongoing coordination among all stakeholders involved in the research, design, and execution phases of the projects;
- Monitor project implementation and compliance with the Client’s quality standards;
- Assist in the timely identification of project risks and support the implementation of preventive measures;
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to project development and the resolution of technical matters in collaboration with partners and consultants.
What do you need to feel confident in this role?
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Economics, or a related field, with an interest in managing processes, budgets, and schedules;
- Previous experience in a similar role is not mandatory; however, attention to detail and confidence in working with information systems are essential;
- Working proficiency in English;
- Technical literacy and basic understanding of construction processes;
- Willingness to work with cloud-based software and digital tools;
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Experience with the software is not required. If you are motivated and eager to develop, we will provide the necessary training and support.
