Account Manager
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about building lasting client relationships. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring successful delivery of projects, high client satisfaction, and ongoing growth of the accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Understand client needs, business goals, and industry challenges
• Manage day-to-day client communications and expectations
• Oversee the planning and execution of ongoing campaigns, projects, or deliverables
• Coordinate with internal departments (streamers, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor account performance and identify upsell or optimization opportunities
• Prepare reports, insights, and performance reviews
• Manage timelines, scopes, and budgets for assigned accounts
• Support in creating proposals, presentations, and strategic plans for clients
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in Account Management or Client Services (agency or in-house)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to understand and interpret data and campaign metrics
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in [insert relevant field, e.g. digital marketing / iGaming / social media] is a plus
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
