Customer Support with German
We are a fast-growing and ambitious organization focused on home-related web shops combined with physical showrooms in the Netherlands. We sell kitchen and bathroom products. Our target is on the countries within the EU. Thanks to our customer-friendly approach, we ensure optimal user-friendliness of the websites, supported by expert advice in our showrooms.
Given the growth within our company, we are looking for an employee in the field of customer support/service.
- Answer clients’ queries in a timely and professional manner by phone, email, live chat;
- You must always provide the most accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, pricing information, delivery status etc.;
- Maintain accurate client data records on the database;
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Fluency in German;
- Working level of English;
- Experience in a customer service environment;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Excellent typing and computer skills;
- Willingness to travel in business trips.
