About the Role
We are looking for a Polish-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join an international healthcare project.
In this role, you will provide professional technical support to customers using innovative diabetes management devices. You will help customers troubleshoot technical issues, explain product functionality and ensure that each customer receives accurate and efficient support.
No previous professional experience is required – relevant customer service or technical support experience will be considered an advantage.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers using diabetes management devices
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through appropriate solutions
- Explain product functionality and provide clear, easy-to-understand instructions
- Coordinate repair or replacement processes when necessary
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately in accordance with procedures
- Follow established quality, compliance and customer support standards
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout every interaction
Requirements
- Polish – C2/native-level proficiency
- English – C1
- Minimum high school diploma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented approach
- Ability to troubleshoot and find appropriate solutions
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support or a call centre is an advantage, but not required
- Willingness to work in a rotational schedule

Working Schedule
The position operates on a rotational schedule.
Operating hours: Monday–Sunday, 09:00–00:00
You will work 40 hours per week according to the assigned schedule.
Training
The initial training lasts 6 weeks and takes place:
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Remote Work & Relocation
The position is fully remote within Bulgaria.
