Customer Advisor with Dutch

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to all clients questions and requests
• Deliver a great customer experience through active listening, empathy, and professionalism

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (C1 level or above)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive attitude and genuine customer focus
• Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
