Our client, a new international company in the banking sector, is starting its operations in Bulgaria, and is establishing its team in Varna. To help them with that, we are looking for:

HR Generalist

Main responsibilities:

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding processes

• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related topics, policies, and procedures

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

• Support recruitment activities, including coordination of interviews and communication with candidates

• Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee development initiatives

• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR processes and internal policies

• Collaborate closely with managers to support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations

Job requirements:

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role

• Solid knowledge of HR processes and labor legislation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
