For our global partner, a leading company in the outsourcing industry opening its first office in Bulgaria, we are looking for motivated candidates for the position of: German Customer Support Agent 

What will you do?

• Provide customer support in German through various communication channels;
• Enter and process customer information in the company system;
• Work towards achieving corporate and personal performance goals;
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, invoices, and more.
