Front Office Host – Дигитален хотел и гост лоби
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Front Office Host to support the management of our digitally managed hotel. This hybrid role combines guest greeting duties with beverage service in the guest lobby and breakfast area, which shares space with the hotel restaurant. You will provide warm, personalized service, guide guests through the digital check-in process, and coordinate with hotel staff and procedures. You will also assist with breakfast at the hotel and assist with serving beverages and light meals throughout the day.
This position is ideal for individuals with hospitality or F&B experience who are comfortable in a digital environment working with guests and enjoy delivering both operational excellence and genuine warm service.
Your mission
Front Office & Guest Experience

Welcoming and assisting guests with the digital check-in and check-out process

Ensuring that guests are accommodated in rooms consistent with their reservations and preferences

Hotel guest tracking, including special requests and VIP guests

Coordination with cleaning to ensure timely preparation of rooms

Processing payments for additional services (upgrades, late check-out, etc.)

Monitoring digital systems and guest communication for timely resolution of issues

Providing basic concierge service and coordinating with back office for smooth operation
Breakfast & Lounge Service

Preparing and supervising breakfast at the hotel (buffet or à la carte, as applicable)

Welcoming guests for breakfast and assisting with special dietary needs or preferences

Serving drinks and light meals during the day in the lobby or restaurant area

Maintaining cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere in the lobby

Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Your tools in your backpack

Previous Front Office, hospitality or F&B experience

Confident handling of digital tools and PMS platforms (e.g. Cloudbeds, Opera, tablets, POS systems)

Comfort when working with food and beverages

Fluent in English and Bulgarian (other languages are an advantage)

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Service-oriented mindset and natural hospitality

Well maintained, presentable and reliable

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends and holidays
