Bilingual Customer Experience Consultant with German – iGaming & Sports
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email regarding website bonuses, products, and services;
- Troubleshoot functional issues and escalate cases to Level 2 support when needed;
- Support and manage customer accounts;
- Maintain and update the customer database.

Requirements:
- Excellent command of German (C1);
- Working knowledge of English (B2);
- Strong communication skills;
