What You’ll Do?
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing fast and professional support
- Resolve inquiries and ensure every interaction ends on a positive note
- Identify opportunities for additional sales when it benefits the customer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in internal systems
- Build long-term relationships through clarity, empathy, and respect

You’re the Right Fit If You:
- Speak German at C1 level
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Thrive in a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines with ease
- Feel confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
