Customer Care Specialist with Norwegian/Danish and English (day shifts)
We are partnering with a leading international BPO company in search of motivated individuals fluent in Danish or Norwegian.
What the role looks like
Assisting customers via phone, chat, and email with app-related questions and issues.
Providing friendly, solution-oriented support that helps users get the most out of their applications.

What we’re looking for
Fluency in Danish or Norwegian (spoken and written).
Good communication skills in English.
A positive, customer-focused mindset.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
