Customer Support Representative (iGaming)
Location: Sofia
Languages required: English.
Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier customer support via email and live chat, ensuring timely and helpful responses to user inquiries – including during evenings and weekends.
• Resolve issues related to KYC, payments, account access, bonuses, and general gameplay.
• Escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Ensure all interactions follow the company’s procedures and quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, following up as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s products, promotions, and support tools.
Requirements:
• Mandatory experience of 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role within the gambling or betting industry
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Understanding of KYC procedures, deposits/withdrawals, and player verification.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
• Experience with customer support platforms and live chat systems.
• Friendly attitude, team spirit, and motivation to grow in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
