For one of our clients, we are seekingAccount Payable Team Leader with German.
What will you be doing?
• Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Sorting and distribute incoming mail
• Prioritizing invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
• Booking of different type of invoices and expense reports in an ERP system
• Payment run preparation.
• Responding to all vendor inquiries
• Reconciling vendor statements and correct discrepancies
• Assisting in month end closing
• Other general accounting tasks and projects as assigned
• Handling the designated team
To be successful you need to have:
• Fluent German and English
• 2 years of experience in Accounting, Economy or Finance and minimum of 1 years of leading an Accounting Team
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economy would be a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• An open and collaborative mindset within your team
• Good problem-solving skills and results orientation
