Client Onboarding Assistant.
Responsibilities:
• Help customers create different profiles following the relevant procedures
• Update clients account and solve support related cases
• Send out welcoming emails to new account clients
• Translate documentation
• Liaise with other departments regarding documentation and account inquiries
• Make sure full AML and ID & KYC checks are completed according to the procedures
• Create reports regarding new account status and conduct internal inspections
• Ensure full understanding of FCA regulations and AML requirements
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required
Competencies:
• High levels of English
• Very good knowledge of Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French or German language
• Experience of working in Sales and Forex market will be a plus
• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
